Philadelphia Trip

A trip to Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Trip
My wife and I took our first trip as a married couple!
We went to Philadelphia for the Easter long weekend. I love living in DC because we made to Philly using the trains! First time using the Amtrak system. Plus the DC Union Station is absolutely breath taking.
We stayed at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown (thank you credit card points!)
Philadelphia is like a hybrid between New York City and Washington DC - a skyline with impressive skyscrapers and iconic constitutional landmarks.
We had breakfast at the Reading Terminal Market and visited City Hall.

We also went to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.

We then visited the oldest Residential street in the US - Elfreth's Alley.

Next day, we took it slow and visited just 2 museums - Mutter Museum and Philadelphia Museum of Art (where you also have the Rocky Statue).

The PMoA was honestly an amazing visit! So many different sections and art forms. Definitely a top recommendation incase anyone has a doubt about it.
Overall, it was a great trip and we had a lot of fun exploring the city and its rich history. We can't wait to go back and explore more of what Philadelphia has to offer!
